Your responsibilities:
- Sales process administration, billing-cycle management
- Point-of-contact of existing or potential clients via multiple communication channels (ie. phone, email, CRM, social media)
- Coordinate office activities and operations while providing administrative support to management
- Coordination of digital marketing activities ie SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
Skills & Requirements:
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
- 3 years experience in Sales Αdmin or Client Service and 1 year experience in digital
- Self motivation, multitasking, well organised, creative mindset, attention to detail
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master digital tools
- Fluency in Greek & English
- Good communication skills
