This role is meant to drive new business acquisition across international and local markets. It’s a hands-on,outbound-driven sales role, focused on pipeline generation, deal ownership, and closing. The role comes with direct exposure to the MD & the CEO and a clear path to future team leadership as the company scales.
Your responsibilities:
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, conferences, events, partnerships).
Conduct discovery and sales meetings with prospects (online & in-person), understanding business needs and presenting Palowise’s solutions effectively.
Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure.
Contribute strategically to commercial decision-making, working closely with the MD & CEO.
Support the development of Palowise’s sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market approach.
As the company grows, mentor and help build future sales team members, leading by example.
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development, ideally in international markets.
Proven experience in outbound sales and new client acquisition.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels, outbound methodologies, and revenue growth metrics.
Hunter mindset with strong ownership mentality and accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Fluency in English is required; Greek is a strong plus.
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
